Returns & Exchanges

At Pickleball Nation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. If your new paddle doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures you get back on the court as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original protective wrap.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
